1. Where do you deliver? 
We deliver to homes & offices in London, ON (within the city limits).

2. Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, delivery is included in the price.

3. When do you deliver? 
Our CSA Veggie Boxes are delivered every Tuesday from 2 to 8pm.

4. Can I order biweekly (every 2 weeks)? 
Yes, we offer both weekly & biweekly delivery. 

5. Are your vegetables organic?
Yes, all of our veggies are 100% certified organic..

6.  Are your fruits organic? 
Some of our fruits are certified organic while others are grown using IPM methods (low to no spray). See question 8. 

7.  Are all of your fruits grown locally?
Yes, all of our retail fruits are 100% locally grown. Our office fruit does include imported bananas, clementines and mangoes when in season.

8.  What does "grown using IPM methods" mean?
Integrated Pest Management is a farming practice that integrates cultural, biological, and conservation practices with modern technology to produce safe, environmentally sound food. In a nutshell it means using different natural strategies to limit chemical use.

9. What should I do if there is a problem with my order? 
If there is ever a problem with your order just let us know & we'll take care of it. We 100% guarantee every order for quality and correctness. Contact matt@craftfruit.com or call 519 577 5544.

10.  What payments methods do you accept? 
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cheque, and EMT's (etransfer). No cash please.

11.  My office is interested in trying your corporate fruit service? 
Just send an email to matt@craftfruit.com if you are interested in giving our corporate fruit service a try. We will take care of the rest!
